Main functions

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Inspect kitchens and food service areas Clean kitchen and work areas Manage kitchen operations Complete the line check to ensure there are enough prepared products available for service Ensure that the quality of food is excellent at all times and that all items are prepared quickly and efficiently with pride and attention to detail Make sure to stock again the items necessary for production which are in decline, during his shift Help all team members when necessary Perform all opening and closing tasks appropriately Follow safe food handling procedures at all times Ensure that occupational health and safety procedures are followed at all times Complete the cleaning schedule as indicated Control losses and waste

Various terms : Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 hourly, 32-40 hours per week. Benefits: Uniforms and a 50% discount in meals. If a candidate is willing to relocate for the position, the employer will cover the transportation costs. Important Information: Shifts will be divided in two categories, during high season from December to April and June to October, the worker will have shifts from 4:00PM to 10:00PM from Thursday to Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday free. During low season, from April to May and October to November, the worker will have shifts from 11:00AM to 9:00PM. Flexibility on schedule is required, overtime may be required according to the day and amount of clients.
