This page permits you to manage your job offer file and your Candidate Alert! file.
You can check the status of your job offers and your Candidate Alerts! and undertake
actions on them.
On this help page, you will find the following subjects :
On the registration or
modification page of your
Candidate Alerts!, when you click on “Launch Online”, you are offered the
choice of going to “Your file”.
Table of your job offers on “Your file” page
Your company name is automatically entered by the system in the heading
of the window. A drop down list allows you to sort the offers displayed in the table.
In this table the job offers you have registered appear with the following columns :
N° of the offer : The number that was associated to your job offer.
Job name : The job name. It is also a hyperlink to permit you to display this job offer.
Status of the offer/person in charge : Indicates whether the status of the offer displays “Not
published,” “Submitted for publication,” “Publication refused,”
“Published,” “Stopped EQ,” “Closed EQ,”, “Closed”
or “Expired.” Please note that the offer is viewable by job seekers only once the
job status displays “Published.” The person in charge for the job offer is the person
who has REGISTERED the offer.
Start of listing : Indicates the date on which the job offer listing started or
will start.
End of listing :
Indicates the date on which the job offer listing started or will start. The
listing can be extended if you want it to be accessible longer.
Positions to fill : Number of positions offered for the job offer on this line.
Positions filled : Number of positions that have been filled in the job offer on
this line
Options : A series of hyperlinks that send you to the appropriate pages to carry out an action concerning the job offer on the current line. The “Look for candidacies” and “List” hyperlinks are deactivated if the job offer that has been saved is incomplete.

“Candidacy search” : permits you to go the
“Search for candidacies” page for consultation.
Table of Your Candidate Alerts! on “Your File” page
Your company's name is shown automatically in the header. The “Your
Candidate Alerts!” table lists the Candidate Alerts! that you have entered so far
and shows the following information in the columns to the right :
Name of Candidate Alert! : This column shows the name that you have assigned to your
Candidate Alert!.
Offer No. : This
column shows the job offer number linked to the Candidate Alert!.
Frequency : This
column shows how often you want to receive the results for the Candidate
Alert! on the corresponding line in the table.
Information :
This column provides pertinent additional information about the Candidate
Alert! on the corresponding line in the table.
Options : The hyperlinks in this column let you access the various
pages for the Candidate Alert! on the corresponding line in the table.
Please note that you are responsible for the offer for which you wish to enter a Candidate Alert!
Button on “Your file” page, “Your Candidate Alerts” tab
“Enter a New Candidate Alert!” button : Lets you add a new
Candidate Alert! to your file.
Poll
Is a hyperlink that takes you to a poll of your rate of satisfaction
with respect to the Online Placement site.
