If you have forgotten your password you can find it by activating the "You have forgotten your password' hyperlink available on the home page. Enter you user ID. This section does not really allow you to find your lost password but does assign you a temporary one.
Enter your NEQ code (if you have one), your postal code and the Email address of the contact.
If you do not have a NEQ code, enter only the Email address of the contact.
“Continue”: this button allows you to validate the information entered.
