If you have forgotten your user ID, you can find it by activating the “You have forgotten your user ID” hyperlink on the home page. You will need to enter some information that will identify you then the system will recover and display it.
Enter your NEQ code, if you have one, your postal code and the Email address of the contact.
If you do not have a NEQ code, enter only the Email address of the contact.
“Continue”: this button allows you to validate the information entered and displays the user ID it finds.
