This page allows employers to specify how and when they want to be notified about their Candidate Alert! results.
On the help page, you will find the following subjects:
Each Candidate Alert! shown in the “Your Candidate Alerts!” table on the “Your File” page is followed by the indication “On Request”. You can click the corresponding “Launch Online” link in the right-hand column at any time to find out the results of your search for candidates.
Each Candidate Alert! shown in the Your Candidate Alerts! table on the Your File page is followed by the indication “By Email”. If you choose “Every Day” in the frequency field, you will receive your first email the day after you register. It will feature a link allowing you to access a list of candidates who meet your search criteria (following authentication).
If you opt for “Once a Week”, you will receive your first email, containing a link allowing you to access a list of candidates who meet your search criteria (following authentication), seven days after you register.
Regardless of the frequency that you choose, you will continue to receive email updates with a link to the latest list of candidates as long as the corresponding job offer is valid (i.e., shown as “Listed”, “Not Listed”, “Expired” or “Stopped by Emploi-Québec”).
