How to access the publication of your job offer

There are three ways to access the “Publication of a job offer” page :

  1. On the “Your file” page, click the “Publish” link found at the end of the line of one of your job offers.
  2. On the registration or modification page of your job offer, click “Publish.”
  3. On the “Display your job offer” page, click “Publish.”

First publication

Once you have registered a job offer for the first time and completed all of the mandatory fields, you have to publish (list) it to make it accessible to job-seekers. In this case, only the section used to input new parameters can be modified.

Publication parameter modifications

When a job offer has already been published and a modification is needed, both sections of the page are displayed. The first section displays the publication parameters already entered, for consultation only. The publication start date is later than current day’s date and is modifiable until it is reached.

Publication extension

In this case, both sections of the page are displayed. The first section recapitulates the old publication parameters and displays them, for consultation only. The second shows the input fields for new parameters.

How to indicate your availability

In the “Interview invitation” section of the “Publication of a job offer” page, you can make known a period of availability during which you intend to hold interviews. To this end, just use the “Day,” “Month” and “Year” dropdown menus. In addition, if you no longer wish to make your availability known, ckeck off the “I do not wish to indicate my availability” box.

Release to other media

Any job offer could be chosen to be released to other media (newspapers, telephone line, radio) if certain criteria concerning the labour market in your region are met.
