You are at “Your file” page. Click on the “Identification” hyperlink found in the upper horizontal bar. A page offers you many choices, click on the user ID deactivation button. Fill out the fields requested and click “Save”. Your user ID is now deactivated.
To reactivate your user ID, you must enter your old ID and password on the home page of the Online Placement site and click “Continue”. A message will tell you that the account is deactivated, click “Continue”. On the “Reactivate your user ID” page, enter the information requested and click “Continue”. Your ID is now reactivated and you will be taken to “Your file” page.
To reactivate your user ID you must contact the Centre d'assistance au placement or CAP. Their number is 1-866-640-3059 (toll free) or (819) 371-6656 (local number for Trois-Rivières).
