Our registration form will permit you to confidentially and securely record nominal data identifying your company and the name of the person responsible for your file (contact person). You must register with Online Placement in order to list a job offer, enter a Candidate Alert! or receive candidacies from online job seekers.

Clicking on the link "To register" on the home page will bring you to a page giving you the terms of use defined by the MESSF. Read it carefully before continuing on to the following page, because clicking on "Continue", at the bottom of the Terms for use page, means that you agree to abide by these terms. The "Continue" button also brings you to a page where you can choose the registration method best suited to you.
As an employer, you must indicate which of the following situations applies to you :
If you wish to register with Online Placement and do not have a NEQ, you must contact the Centre d’assistance au placement.
The NEQ is a ten-digit registration number assigned to Québec companies. You have a NEQ if you are a duly recognized company operating in Québec (this does not apply to self-employed workers). Select this option and click on "Continue" to access the corresponding form, which will enable you to use your NEQ to identify your company. You must also enter the postal code of the company’s address, the email address of the contact person and the user ID you wish to use on the Online Placement site. Click "Save" to confirm the information input. A temporary password will be sent to the contact person’s email address.
If you do not know your NEQ, contact the Centre d’assistance au placement by clicking on the link "To reach us" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
The temporary password, along with the user ID you have chosen, will allow Online Placement to confirm your identity on the "Access your file" page. When you first visit the site, you will be required to replace the temporary password with a password of your choice.
Once you have confirmed this new password, you will be redirected to a form containing nominal data identifying your company. Make sure you correctly fill out the "Password," "Address and phone number" and "Contact " sections so that your employer file is accurate.
Select this option and click on "Continue" to access the corresponding form, which will enable you to use your telephone number to identify your company. You must also enter the email address of the contact person and the user ID you wish to use on the Online Placement site. Click "Save" to confirm the information input. A temporary password will be sent to the contact person’s email address.
